LADC provides dance-related services including workshops, pre-recorded dance courses, training programs, and other educational content. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users, customers, students, visitors, and participants accessing our services or website.

2. Course Enrollment & Access

• All courses and digital content purchased from LADC are intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
• Access to courses is granted only to the registered user and is non-transferable.
• Users may not share, reproduce, distribute, record, resell, or publicly display any course material without prior written permission from LADC.
• Access duration for pre-recorded courses or memberships will be as specified at the time of purchase.
• LADC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized usage or sharing is detected.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All payments for courses, memberships, workshops, or other services must be completed before access is granted.
• Unless otherwise stated, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds will only be considered if LADC is unable to deliver the purchased service.
• For recurring memberships or subscription plans, users are responsible for cancelling their subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid automatic renewal charges.
• Any fraudulent transactions, chargebacks, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by LADC, including but not limited to choreography, videos, branding, graphics, training materials, and course content, is the intellectual property of LADC and protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Users may not:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, republish, or distribute any content;
• Use LADC content for commercial purposes;
• Claim ownership of any choreography or material created by LADC.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to behave respectfully during workshops, sessions, and community interactions. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment, abusive language, hate speech, or discrimination;
• Disruptive or inappropriate behavior;
• Sharing unauthorized or harmful content;
• Attempting to interfere with the operation or security of our services.

LADC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund for violations of these Terms.

6. Health, Safety & Liability Disclaimer

Dance-related activities may involve physical exertion and may carry a risk of injury. By participating in any class, workshop, or program, users acknowledge and agree that:

• They are physically fit and medically capable of participating;
• Participation is at their own risk;
• LADC, its instructors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any injury, accident, loss, or health issue arising from participation in any session or use of our services.

LADC does not guarantee specific results, performance outcomes, or fitness improvements from participation in any program.

7. Privacy & Communication

• User information is collected only for service delivery, communication, customer support, and business operations.
• LADC does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
• By using our services, users consent to receiving communication via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp regarding updates, promotions, and offers.
• Users may opt out of promotional communication at any time.

8. Amendments & Modifications

LADC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website or services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through mutual discussion or mediation. If unresolved, such disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
